Candidate Requirements and Expectations
Thank you for your interest in the JCL Executive Board!
Candidates running for office are required to submit an election video. Candidate videos will be shown in class and published online for JCLers to view. However, you are welcome to publish additional content on your own.
For single candidates (running solo): you may submit ONE video NOT EXCEEDING 90 SECONDS.
For paired candidates (running duo): you may submit ONE video together NOT EXCEEDING 120 SECONDS.
Timeline
Election videos are due no later than Saturday, April 10, 2021 @ 11:59 PM, submitted digitally at the Video Turn-in Form (see below).
Please keep in mind that CAJCL State Convention takes place from April 9 to April 10.
Videos will be shown in class (along with voting) from Tuesday, April 13 to Friday, April 16, 2021. Results will be available the week of April 19.
